1. Service Overview
Tideris (also known as 潮汐之眼, hereinafter "the Platform") leverages traditional Chinese divination culture (Bazi, Liu Yao, etc.) combined with artificial intelligence to provide digital fortune-telling content services.
All content on the Platform is AI-assisted and is provided for entertainment and cultural reference purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, mental health, or any other professional advice.
2. User Eligibility
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction) and have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
The Platform clearly discloses that:
- All output is AI-assisted and not human-authored;
- Content does not represent any professional institution or expert opinion;
- Users should exercise independent judgment for important decisions.
4. Paid Services & Refund Policy
The Platform offers monthly memberships, chart archiving, and specialty reports as paid virtual digital content services. Pricing is as displayed on the purchase page.
4.1 General Principle
All services are virtual digital content delivered immediately upon payment. In accordance with applicable regulations, digital content services are generally non-refundable once delivered. Please carefully review your purchase before completing payment.
4.2 Eligible Refund Situations
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of payment in the following cases:
- Payment was successful but content was not delivered (due to system failure);
- Duplicate charge (the same order was charged more than once);
- Membership benefits were not activated;
- Service was persistently inaccessible during the subscription period (more than 72 consecutive hours).
4.3 Refund Process
If your situation qualifies, please contact us at 3940664602@qq.com with your order number and proof of payment. We will process your request within 3 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account, or compensated with an equivalent service extension at our reasonable discretion.
4.4 Non-Refundable Situations
- Service content has been viewed and used;
- Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (divination interpretations are subjective and not guaranteed to meet personal expectations);
- Issues caused by user error (incorrect input, device problems, etc.);
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days;
- Accounts suspended for policy violations.
5. User Conduct
Users may not:
- Resell Platform content for commercial purposes;
- Spread misinformation or use the Platform to promote superstition;
- Attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its generated content are the property of the Platform. Users may use generated content for personal reference; commercial use or large-scale distribution without authorization is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is not liable for: any losses arising from decisions made based on AI-generated content; service interruptions due to force majeure or third-party causes; or interpretation errors resulting from incorrect user-provided information.
8. Service Changes & Termination
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
